Rapid Logistics B.V. (Incheonweg 7, 1437 EK Rozenburg, The Netherlands) trading as Rapid Logistics and ShipRapid, collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you. When we do so we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation which applies across the European Union and we are responsible as ‘controller’ of that personal information for the purposes of those laws.

In this Privacy Policy, references to “we” or “us” means Rapid Logistics B.V.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in various ways, including but not limited to when Users interact with our App. The types of personal information we may collect include, but are not limited to:

ShipRapid collects and uses location data to enable certain features of the App, even when the App is closed or not in use. This data is used to facilitate features such as scan package and real-time package tracking. It may also be used to provide personalized ads/support advertising/support ads. Please note that we do not sell or share personal or sensitive data for the purpose of facilitating sale.

We may collect and use Users’ personal information for the following purposes:
